Although i luv motor sport activities very much & hv learned few advance driving skills & techniques but i'm not really enthusiast towards drifting. Nevertheless, on last saturday i've bring my family to watch Drift for charity organized by drift.com held at Kompleks Sukan Negara Bukit Jalil-Carpark A. This 2 days event was organised to raise fund for Rumah Amal Limpahan Kasih (RALK) orphanage. This RALK house is also well known to me & v-sixers, as we have work together on Drive for charity event on last April 2008.
The entrance was FOC except for the rm2 for car park, and spectators was only charges RM20 for 2 thrills laps and all funds collected was donate to RALK. Waiting us there was jen de merovingian with his eldest son afiq & resakse de sniper. Also i've meet up with my friend's masri de botakdrift with his new heart of AE80 & kenny doing their drift for these events.
While resakse busy for his "sniper"ing insanity the rest of us just enjoyed watching & breathing the burning rubbers smelt out from the drift track. And after spending 2 hours watching the drift there i've to leave for other family appointment. A bit regrets bcoz i can't bring my son faizafiq (1yr10m) for the trills rides due to safety reason. More regret bcoz i forgot to bring my "cheapest" camera there...chiiii.
